With over 19 years of experience in IT and digital leadership, I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions and driving transformation in the financial services industry. As a Program Director at Birlasoft, I am a member of the CEO’s office, where I lead corporate and strategic initiatives to streamline processes, maximize efficiency, and improve client engagement. My expertise includes setting up a Lean and Automation Center of Excellence, integrating risk management into all aspects of the organization, and achieving business and delivery excellence.

I am a results-oriented and strategic leader with a proven track record of success. In my previous roles, I have collaborated with executive management to analyze business performance and enhance customer experience, supported sales teams in developing project delivery schedules, and built proof of concepts to showcase the benefits of technology. I am skilled in program governance, process improvement, and account management, and proficient in various tools and methodologies. I am also a volunteer leader serving as the VP of Corporate Relations on the board of PMI Pune-Deccan India Chapter. I hold PMP and FLMI-1 certifications and aspire to create value and impact through my work.
