Agile Network India (Annual Conferences): Keynote Selection Filters
When selecting a Keynote Speaker for the Annual Conferences, it is important to consider following decision making and selection filters.
A Keynote Speaker must be:
1. A CXO of a leading company. He/She can be from IT or any other domain with;
- A. A mid-size organisation (500-1000 plus people organisation,)
- B. A large-size organisation (1000 to multiple thousands people organisation)
- Not from (but we can at times in genuine cases with right knowledge/not PR hyped popular ones)
- C. A small-size organisation (50-100 plus person organisation) – more suitable for panelist profile
2. A spiritual leader (Non- political background is a must) with spiritual messages/guidance.
3. Vice-Chancellor/Principal of University or Institute
4. Social Reformers/Founder of NGOs in the social sector with value delivery records … again not hyped by PR, but genuinely the creator of India.
