He has been successful in driving overall strategy, organisation change management, setting up large offshore teams including offshore captive centres, driving process and operational efficiency, establishing strong processes, benchmarks and best practices for offshore services. Currently he is serving as Leadership Coach and Chief Inspiration Officer at Catalyzt360 Consulting Services.
Specialised in Agile strategy, Agile project management, Agile Training and Coaching and have 10+ years experience in Agile delivery managing projects in Scrum , FDD, Kanban methodologies. He is a certified SAFe Agile Practice consultant and top rated Agile Trainer with experience of training people on Agile Scrum methodology and SAFe Agile certifications.
He is an experienced trainer on Project Management,Leadership development and soft skills and have delivered various sessions on these topics for different levels of audiences. A regular speaker on TEDx, conferences and campuses.
