Karishma is someone who believes life is NOT too short to do anything that you set your heart on. You either end up finding time or excuses.
In 2012 she started her career in IT as a software engineer. Carved her path into management by upskilling her self and has played roles of Project Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Team coach and an Agile coach in last 12 years. She is a passionate coach and in her personal time she also provides ‘Career development’ and ‘life coaching’ to people who are looking for guidance.
She is a BTech IT graduate from Banasthali University, Rajasthan and did her (distance) executive MBA in Project Management from NIBM, Chennai.
