I am Nandini, an Engineering postgraduate, with overall experience of around 16 years. Currently working on PayPal as an engineering program manager handling DAP and AI programs across the organisation. Prior to that I worked in Freshworks handling HR process automations and system related compliance requirements for IPO accomplishment. Being a process-oriented person, I strongly believe and emphasize on the creation and establishment of innovative stable process to ease team’s work and increase efficiency. Outside of work I am passionate towards teaching kids, during weekends I am a busy teacher voluntarily teaching underprivileged kids through an NGO. Besides work I am mother of two young boys and enjoy trekking.
