Abhinov Balagoni builds decision systems: the system that decides what gets routed where, who gets approved, and how much work a machine is allowed to finish on its own.
He is Senior Manager, Product Management & Consulting at Indegene. Before that he spent two years as Senior Product Manager on Delhivery’s OS1 platform, where he designed a load planning system for fleet routing and capacity allocation under SLA, cost and throughput constraints, cutting freight by $X million a year, and built an AI ingestion agent that turned semi-structured ERP inputs into structured operational data, reducing planning cycle time by 30%. Earlier he founded Pax Credit in Singapore, a Techstars-backed cross-border fintech that built credit decisioning for students with no local credit history, and which he chose to sunset when the unit economics stopped working. He also built AgentMed, a multi-agent clinical workflow system with human-in-the-loop oversight that safely automated majority of triage workflows.
