Abstract
‘Pull’ based work is a popular idea with Agile transformations. Does the very act of people assigning work to themselves contribute to pull? Or, does it not? Are there more elements to pull systems than we see on the outside? This talk is about how we can create ‘true’ pull based systems that produce the intended benefits of Kanban.
