Abstract
Initial mins will be spent setting up the context of agility. Once the context is set I, along with the audience, will identify the problems of scaling. We will discuss the different ways to understand a problem to be able to approach it for a solution. We will vote (raising the hands) to pick up top three problems and discuss different approaches of solving and how each of the identified problems can be solved or avoided. It will be more of an interactive session with the audience participation.
