Biren Parekh

I’m Biren, and I have over 28 years of experience in a BFSI software product company. Throughout my career, I have executed as well as been part of several large-scale BFSI delivery projects for large banks across the globe.

I have also led large teams in a management position whereby I have overseen product management, performed project/program management, and worked with multiple stakeholders across geography.

I frequently mentor junior professionals on project management careers, coach aspiring project managers, consult companies on improving project management for projects, and help companies streamline processes/projects using templates.

I have delivered 50+ talks in various forums on a variety of topics, including project management, the Agile mindset, digital transformation, Delivery Excellence, and FinTech, among a variety of topics.

I have authored a book on project management and also co-authored another book on productivity.
