Started my career as a developer, then lead and manager. Had my agile transition around 7 years ago, thereafter transforming teams using Kanban and Scrum. Have also got myself certified on SAFe, Kanban & SPS (Nexus). Have around two decades of Industry experience starting from SDLC to various forms of Agile currently. I am interested in agile transformation while adhering to the fundamental values of agile which are often subtly missed.
