LeSS or Large Scale Scrum Framework is increasingly used in many IT Product based organizations to scale and implement Scrum Framework in order to build Complex Products. This session will be an Overview of LeSS and how more can be achieved by doing LeSS across the teams.

– LeSS is an efficient Agile Framework to be used for complex IT Product Development.

– If you have 2-8 teams, LeSS can be used. If you have more than 8 teams, LeSS Huge can be utilized.

– LeSS introduces an additional role of “Area Product Owner” across “Requirement Areas” in the Product Backlog.

– PBR (combined across all the teams) is an official event in LeSS.

– Sprint Planning is divided into 2 parts – first, one focusing on WHAT and WHY, and the second one talking about HOW parts.
