Been in the IT industry for more than 2 decades with exposure to varied domains like automotive, BFS, Industrial automation, learning and development, Insurance, and Life Sciences. While I am a B.Tech and played roles like technical lead, development manager, project manager, and program manager, I was introduced to Agile in 2010 when our client started their Agile transformation journey. I got CSM certified and played the scrum master role for the projects I was managing. I spent some time in the L&D group as Agile learning solutions lead designing and rolling out Agile learning solutions. Since 2016, I have been actively coaching and mentoring teams who are in different stages in their Agile transformation journey. I have acquired the following certificates: CSM, SAFe 5.1 SPC, SAFe RTE, KMP-I, KMP-II, and PMP.
Besides active coaching, I also facilitate SAFe workshops leading to certification, and internal Agile training for various teams and I am an active member of our internal Agile community.
