  1. Review event program for community events
  2. Analyse survey data and finalize/create survey report for industry survey
  3. Evaluate competition entries and finalize results for white paper/essay/approach competition
  4. Evaluate quiz entries and finalize quiz assessment report for skill assessment
  5. Assess the participants feedback to improve the event program
  6. Identify, analyse and adapt to the changes for continuous improvement.

VOLUNTEERS

  1. Manage and facilitate event
  2. Collect event feedback & attendance.

ORGANIZERS

  1. Prioritisation by discovering feasibility and sequencing the initiatives
  2. Launch new pages (Events, Survey, Quiz, Competition),announce updates and keep website updated
  3. Update event information updated on website
  4. Create survey format, launch survey, run survey, collect survey inputs/entries and publish survey reports
  5. Create/Plan competition format, launch competition, run Competition, collect competition entries and announce competition results of White Paper/Essay/Approach Competition
  6. Create quiz format, launch quiz, run quiz, collect quiz entries and publish quiz report
  7. Manage email update, facilitate cadence, coordinate communication, publish/announce information blog and social update
  8. Collect feedback for assessment
  9. Reflect changes in future plans and adapt to the continuous improvement.
