Agile Network India is hosting its event in Sapient on “Challenges faced while adopting Agile Mindset”.

The event is scheduled to happen on 30th November 2019 in Bengaluru.


Session 1: “Results, not Mindset: the Key to Achieving Enterprise Agility” By Avinash Rao (Entrepreneur and Consulting Leader, DevOn)

Session Abstract:

Agile Meetups and conferences are often full of discussions around the challenges of creating an Agile Mindset, how people are sticking on to the traditional way of work, and how business (in particular) just doesn’t get or support Agile the way they should. This session uses a transformation journey at a large enterprise as an example of how Mindset change really happens in an enterprise, and how it can’t either be prescribed or ordered, but must be earned via outcomes.

Session Abstract:

Organisations often focus only on the mechanics of agile and ignore the mindset shift. They need to fix the structural issues to get the true benefit of agility. They need to complement agile concepts with Lean Thinking. I will cover anti-patterns/challenges as part of the transformation journey.
