Abstract: Products in general to have a longer lifetime than projects. The Product Mindset is a way of thinking based on some guiding principles that enable product teams to optimize decision-making and create successful products. When new product development centers are started or when a new bunch of people get together, organizations face a challenge of building and sustaining the product mindset. In this session we will understand elements of product mindset and any some ways to overcome the challenges for sustaining this mindset.
