Diverse and inclusive workplace drives a culture of ownership, improves readiness to innovate, improves employee retention, and indirectly leads to Business Agility. Diversity and inclusion initiatives in most organizations focus only on Gender diversity aspect. There is much more to Diversity and Inclusion initiatives apart from Gender diversity.
