Abstract: The Product Backlog is the master plan that guides a Scrum Team. It is the one artefact that determines the success or failure of the product at launch. Often, however, as the project proceeds, the Product Backlog ends up looking messier and messier.
In this session, we will identify the early indicators that point to the risk of landing up with a messy Product Backlog in the later stages of development. We will also discuss the ways in which these risks can be mitigated.
