Ownership is rarely exclusively held, and it is often ambiguously defined, which may lead to conflicts, misunderstandings and not getting things done. In this session, I’d love to introduce you to a tool that allows you to clearly define how shared responsibility functions and enables you to create a shared contract. Be it between a manager and her people, or inside a team – you will be able to define ownership and responsibilities with no ambiguity.
