Agile Network India Noida Chapter brings an interesting Session Talk on ‘Technical agility – Flexibility of your code base to deliver requirements swiftly‘

Abstract: This session is more of a experience sharing session. We were working on a product and following almost all Scrum practices, and if required, could deliver any new functional requirement in a month time.

One fine day, however, came one “non-functional” requirement, and all our fundamentals of agile process were in for a rude shock. Forget about delivering in a month, we were not able to even anticipate the delivery time for this new requirement.

That’s where our understanding of how crucial is technical agility is came into scene.
