A Retrospective on Agile

Abstract: One of the key principles of agile suggests that “the team regularly reflects on how to become more effective, then tunes and adjusts its behaviour accordingly”, let’s sit together and try to reflect on our experiences with agile and collectively figure out what should be tuned, tweaked or overhauled. We’ll use the highly interactive agile retrospective format to expose you to the tools and techniques of retrospectives and also figure out what we should continue or stop doing.

Key Takeaways:

* We will learn about what “Good” agile looks like and also what are the “Bad” aspects that trouble us.
* You will be exposed to the frameworks that can help you move your organisation/team towards true agility.
* You will be exposed to the tools and techniques of agile retrospectives, a very powerful tool for continuous improvement if used effectively.
