8 different examples from the ground to demonstrate ‘what is not Agile’. These are anti-patterns that doesn’t help Agile succeed. We have names for each…like Pressure cooker Agile, Dangerously Agile, Agile on Ventilator…and more. In fact we may pick up one or two based on what we observe that day ;). It will be presented using role-plays and discussion (zero ppt). Total 60mins, with a 5min break in the middle for our Retro. I’ll be accompanied with my agile folks to help in role plays.
