In this session, I will discuss adoption of agile in various organizations with different purposes viz. Product development, Service provider, Captive product development, Startups etc and share the experiences and challenges I have faced. I will also discuss how agile adoption has transformed the team and organization dynamics. I will also talk about Scaled Agile and my leanings, experiences with it. Will touch base on the friction when we transformed from traditional to agile, difficulties faced when people thought agile will clash with the existing processes, how Gen Z adopted agile quickly and in positive manner. I will also discuss how Agile working evolved since I have started practicing it (for 18 years) and how various tools enable teams to deliver in more productive manner
