Most of the agile projects are executed in multi vendor environment. This approach helps the project with cost efficiency and higher quality of service. As part of my session, i am planning to brief the common challenges faced in a multi vendor agile environment and how to overcome them through best practices. Common challenges include piled up backlog user stories with stories continuously deferred to next sprint resulting in cost overrun, impact to project schedule and lack of co-ordination. The session will outline the Agile best practices which will help address the challenges in a multi vendor environment. I shall bring out case studies from my experience to correlate to real time business scenario.
