‘Agile Coach’ is frequently used term and role recently. Many organizations are looking for Agile Coach to join and support their Agile Transformation journey. But in many cases the expectations and reality is not matching and resulting in disappointments. Client’s expectations from Agile Coach is significantly changing from just being a Process Consultant to being a Leader working with team hand-in-hand.
