Product Management during the hybrid work environment

Session Description:

In the past 30 months, we saw a huge shift in how people worked together in creating something new. The pandemic led to the advent of complete WFH from a widely distributed workforce to a hybrid model now. This session is to share the 3 tools that helped me launch a new product from scratch in the past 20 months.

– Whiteboarding to workshops – How whiteboarding sessions turned into documentation, pencil sketching, and collaboration tools. Designer/PM to Engineer: Flow charts and well-maintained documentation
