In this session, I will talk about the need to shift gears from measuring output to identify outcomes. Most of the agile transformation engagements focus on transactional output (e.g. velocity, Story Point/team etc.) thereby missing the big picture that the real value of an Agile transformation is realized only when it can make an impact on the business outcomes. The raison d’être for any organization is to deliver value to its end users and satisfy customers I will highlight few of the important business outcomes and how to enable its realization through Enterprise wide Agile transformations.
