Largest Agile Transformation Ever – Key Principles That Helped

In 2017, TCS embarked upon a bold vision of transforming the entire organization and becoming Enterprise Agile by March 2020. This was unprecedented organizational development change which no company of our size and scale has attempted to date. We applied TripleSense approach to drive this massive transformation. We applied Agile principles themselves in driving this transformation through Goals, Startup Experiments, Deployment, Scaling, and Measuring results. Today, TCS has the largest Agile workforce in the world with #1 Agile/DevOps capabilities (as per Everest 2019 report), doing some of the unique transformation for our customers.
