Disruptive technologies are emerging every other day and the organizations cannot afford for their people to have the same learning curve as a decade ago. The needs of learning and resources available have changed drastically. More than innovation in learning & development, probably we need to think how can they be tied together. How can learning lead to innovation or how can innovation foster learning ?
I have been leading multiple innovation forums currently where there are problem statements created and people solve the problem statements by learning. Some of my teams have freshers who have learnt generative AI prompt engineering by building prototypes for engineering teams. I have also run a lot of learning & certification drives in the past and understand how the speed in learning and motivation for people work.
