Great leaders don’t lead according to words on a page, Great leaders lead according to their heart.
Adaptability and innovation are two of the of the most important characteristics of an Entrepreneur. We as business leaders face questions and problems everyday that we are expected to solve for the survival of our company. People who work with us look towards us for guidance in times of trouble. If we don’t adapt and innovate we die as a business and as a leader.
Having said that, we as humans are capable of of doing much better than we think we can, but we cannot do it alone. Collaboration has been a very important part of my Entrepreneurial journey. Purple Farms would not be where we are today if it wasn’t for my co-founder and a whole host of people we collaborated with along the way.
