He is a professionally trained engineer having over 16 years of corporate experience across a variety of industries in India and USA. He focuses on the importance of context, use of common sense and utilizes situational leadership in optimizing solution value delivery through the use of Lean Agile methods and at times traditional practices as well. His diverse roles spans across Project and Program Management,
Agile Consulting and Software Engineering. He is also a management trainer, career counsellor, mentor and a coach who conducted many corporate trainings in various MNCs and mentored many aspiring professionals in their career path.
Besides his corporate career, he is an international chess player and coach, travel buff, photography freak, medical enthusiast and a writer. He is an ardent follower of his desires with a strong conviction marked by intense passion and deep commitment.
