Her career spans roles from software tester to project manager, and now as an Agile coach and Director of Scrum, she leads Agile transformation across 20+ Scrum teams at Evolent.
Certified in PSM I, SAFe 6.0, KMP I, CSPO, and POPM, Gazala is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a resilient Agile culture. She is an active contributor to the Agile community through her association with SEAP and academia—serving as a guest lecturer and project assessor at Cummins College of Engineering.
