Harihara Subramaniam is an emerging agile leader with a decade of experience working with product engineering teams across multiple domains. He is currently working for Comcast as a Scrum Master to deliver value to customers at global level. In addition to this, he is also an adjunct professor for the UTeach program at Comcast delivering regular sessions on Agility related topics. Being a strong flag-bearer of organizational agility, he has successfully set up a fully functional community of practices and also an active member in the agile community by speaking and volunteering for organizing events and conferences. He is passionate about coaching and mentoring the teams to improve the overall agile maturity and transform themselves into a self-managing and value focused team.
