Harihara Subramaniam is an emerging agile leader with over 9 years of experience in multiple domains like automotive, semiconductor and software products. He has completed his master’s degree in control engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He has diverse work experience as a Scrum Master with product development and manufacturing teams and also pivoted agile transformation for R&D software and hardware teams. He is a strong flag-bearer of organizational agility and successfully set up fully functional community of practices and also has made valuable contributions to the agile community by speaking in conferences and volunteering for organizing agile events. He is passionate about coaching and mentoring the teams to improve the overall agile maturity.
