Iesh Pratap Singh

Iesh Pratap is a Legacy, Leadership, and Impact Coach and for more than a decade, he has worked as an Executive Coach / Sounding Board for professionals across sectors to help them develop their potential, work on their executive presence, facilitate the transition, and address derailing behavior. At Harvard, he further studied coaching strategy for leaders.

He is also a mentor-level coach who develops other coaches. Iesh’s coaching style is based on Neuroplasticity, a science that talks about the brain’s ability to change throughout life.
Over the years his coaching style has evolved into a self-developed method – GPSforLife®, a system which works on understanding your current location (personal or business realities), defining the desired location (Goals), and finding the surest, clearest path (tangible progress) using the right vehicle (Coach).

His current body of work and research is focused on Leadership Influence. He helps leaders unravel the relationship between being Influenced, influencing others, measuring
impact and creating a legacy.

Iesh has worked with over 100 leaders and teams ranging from Doctors to C-suite executives, Politicians to Sportspersons, youth workers to non-profit professionals

Prior to starting WINNING EDGE INDIA in 2005, Iesh was a Banker who worked with several Multi-National Banks.

Father, son, husband, armchair philosopher, Buddhist, Activist for Active Good, and Bestseller author in making, are some of the ways (not necessarily in the same order) that he likes to be recognized.
He started Winning Edge in 2005 and grew it from his Dining Table to bigger offices at multiple locations. What started as an Executive Search firm focused on providing top talent to leading organizations, evolved into a Career Firm that “Focussed on the Human in Human Resources”.
