Jayesh Kadam

Jayesh has 22 years of experience in the IT spanning software product development & consulting focused on Enterprise transformation.

As part of IBM’s Chief Information Office (CIO), he is currently leading a Program with development & delivery ownership of CRM software used by ~30K IBM sellers worldwide. Led the transformation of CRM teams as cross-functional engineering squads, recognized for their Agile and DevSecOps practices.

Prior to IBM, he has worked with Cognizant & Wipro. Championed Agile & DevOps transformation initiatives at various Fortune 500 customers he consulted as part of these organizations.

At Cognizant, he led transition of a $100M, 5-year program to transition projects, teams, and offices from a European Telecom service provider to Cognizant. Also led a key transformation initiative to align more than twenty separate Development & Operations teams to one-team DevOps model, building synergy among business stakeholder teams, focusing on engineering practices, and achieving significant improvements in time-to-market of software delivered by the teams.

As Enterprise Agile coach at Wipro, he consulted with customers in USA, Continental Europe, South Africa & Australia helping them with Agile transformation strategies.
