Padma would describe her professional journey as a forked road. And She has walked down every pathway to learn the ins and outs of the route. Transitioning from IT to PR and the Automobile sector, She has acquired lasting knowledge and skills. These ventures guided my transformation and made her the leader she is today.
She rooted her feet in the IT industry in 2001, when she first became a part of Infosys. She joined the erstwhile Education & Research Department, now Education, Training & Assessment (ETA) at Infosys, where we saw tangible proof of the value digital innovations can bring into the world. 20+ years later, She is still working towards amplifying human capital by investing my intellect into Infosys’ cutting-edge platforms.
Today, as Head of their Education Branding & Learner Experience – ETA, my team and She is committed to empowering a digital-first approach to learning. She manage sales and pre-sales for Infosys Wingspan. And with this unique platform, we aim to help clients navigate the new normal and equip them with a future-ready workforce. We provide companies with the right solutions for holistic learning to equip their workforce with the skills of the next and help them achieve their potential.
She is honored to be a member of the Executive Governing Council of the Infosys ETA team. Tasked with Amplifying Thought Leadership and Talent Competency, this role keeps my creativity flowing and my motivation high!
