Parul Bhargava is an Agile Coach and Lean-Agile practitioner with more than 13 years of experience. Her work has taken her to five continents and allowed her to experience and apply her knowledge in a variety of industries, including retail, eCommerce, healthcare, manufacturing, banking, financial services, oil & gas, etc.

Putting purpose into action and driving business agility that has a strong impact on people, businesses, and overall organizations is in her DNA. She does this by understanding stakeholders’ needs and bringing change through people, processes, and technology.

She thrives in team settings and values the people she works with as the most important part of her job.

Outside of her professional life, she is a theatre actor and a professional voiceover artist. She has acted in short films, done theatre shows across India, and given her voice to several corporate videos, narrations, online ads, and documentaries.
