Hello everyone, I’m Pramod , and I’m thrilled to be here today to share my journey with you. I began my professional career in 2008 as a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer after graduating from Mumbai University with a degree in Engineering.
Growing up in Mumbai, I developed a keen interest in technology from a young age. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Computer Science, from Mumbai University. During my time at university, I honed my problem-solving skills and developed a strong foundation in software development.
My journey in the tech industry started as a QA Engineer, where I gained valuable experience in ensuring the quality and functionality of software products. Over the years, I embraced opportunities for growth and learning, eventually transitioning into the role of a Scrum Master in 2016. This shift allowed me to leverage my technical background while also developing my leadership and project management skills.
As a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, I immersed myself in the world of Agile methodologies, constantly seeking to enhance my skills and knowledge. I became certified in various Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Through real-world experience and continuous learning, I developed a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, enabling me to effectively guide teams towards delivering high-quality products with speed and efficiency.
At the core of my professional journey are my values of continuous improvement and collaboration.
