In May 2022, completed with 94.5% Executive Programme in People’s Analytics and Digital HR from IIM – Indore.An enterprising, self-motivated diligent student of Amity School of Business(ASB)with a good academic record is an all-round performer focused. During her academic journey, she has demonstrated leadership qualities as the Class Representative of BBA+MBA for the last four years, student coordinator for Amity Youth Fest at University level, student representative for ASEAN delegates at AISEP Summit, HR Nexus President and Vice President of Alumni club of ASB.
She has exceptional organising skills having organised various events like HR conclave , Expert Guest lectures, and first Alumni meet of Amity University to name a few. She is a keen researcher has been able to publish a research paper titled “Strategic HRM Practice Competency Mapping in Deloitte”. Her industry internships at Havells India as Business Development Intern(2017), Livewires Integrated Management Consulting Pvt Ltd Market Research Intern (2018)and at Amplifon India as Sales and operations (2019).
