I have an overall of 21+ yrs of experience in the industry and is an active Lean/Kanban/Agile Practitioner. I have been working as a Process Coach for more than 15 years now and am actively engaged in coaching programs on their Agile and DevOps transformation journey. I have presented at LKIN19 along with a co-presenter. I have also presented along with a co-presenter in the upcoming Agility 2020 conference at Gurgaon. I also will be presenting at the KIN2020 upcoming conference. I conduct training in my organization and have taken this session quite often at Persistent Systems Limited.
