She has keen interest and rich experience in Program Management with specialization in delivery Risk Management & Organization Change Management.
In her current function she is part of the internal transformation program at Infosys which is aimed at building the organizations capabilities to deliver in Agile.
She has program managed several internal transformation programs at Infosys including the crowdsourcing initiative at Infosys for driving cost /effort savings by process optimization, deployment of a risk heat map based delivery risk management process etc in the past.
In her current program she owns the specific tracks around enablement , evangelization and communication.
She also leads the CSR team at Infosys Pune and works in the areas of education and rural development
