Rakshit has almost two decades of experience in Software Design, Development, Deployment, Maintenance, and Refactoring. Along with this, he has also written code in many programming languages (C#, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Coffee Script, Python, PHP, Go) and has shipped them to production over the years. He also has been an early adopter of infrastructure technologies like Containers and Kubernetes, and has been helping teams use them effectively with great results.
Well, other than this, he has been an early adopter of the Agile Mindset by leading the team from the early years of our organization along with handling the technical part of his position. This include forming different types of teams for different types of projects and handling and finishing the projects successfully.
