She has 16 years of career in IT/Software industry. She performed various roles, starting from a developer to consultant, project manager, scrum master and agile coach. Currently, She is working as an Agile Coach in IBM India.
She is more focussed about changing people mindset when it comes to agile transition because that is the biggest challenge we all face in agile transformation in an organization.
