Savitha SR, has 16+ years of experience in Strategy, Agile, Process, Vendor Management across IT Organisations with Insurance, Aerospace, Retail domain.
Currently in Allstate India, she works with Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives, Program Managing Allstate India Vision 2023, delivery excellence & GCC Maturity practices, Industry connects and teaches Agile Scrum.
Before her current role, she was an SPC (SAFe4.5) & involved in setting up Agile CoE, training teams/members on different topics of SAFe.
