I have had the privilege of training over 25,000 professionals from different corners of the world, across industries as varied as banking, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and government services. Each session, whether in a boardroom in Singapore or a virtual class spanning three time zones, reinforced a truth I deeply believe in: people don’t resist change, they resist being changed without meaning.
