In my career spanning 18+ years, I have played diverse roles in IT Industry. Being a Computer Science Engineer by education, I am a tech enthusiast. I have worked with various IT Giants and across geographies experiencing cross cultural work ethics.
In my current role, as a lead for Learning & Development, I lead our focused efforts on shaping and implementing effective strategies for continuous learning, as well as upskilling, re-skilling and cross skilling.
Transitioning from my previous role as Competency Lead for Data Quality at Capgemini in India, I draw from my passion for continuous learning to make a positive impact for an inclusive and sustainable future.
