- Facilitate planning, review and monitor IT projects to ensure that projects are feasible, KPIs are aligned with the business requirements and projects are delivered as per projects’ KPIs meeting timelines.
- To facilitate the senior management for taking the strategic decision on project cost, resource management, monitoring of capital schemes and achieved benefit.
- Building resource forecast as per project pipeline and skills required also institutionalize systems and processes.
