He has over 20 years of experience in IT and currently working as an Agile coach / Scrum Master in Publicis Sapient. Over the last 10 years in the Agile journey, he worked with Services, Product and Captive organizations spanning multiple business domains, technologies and geographies. This has given him a wide spectrum in terms of how Agile is adopted across, the benefits sought from the same and also the maturity level of the teams/organizations.
