Started the career at TCS as a System Engineer – Product lifecycle management software implementation and consulting.
Joined Renault-Nissan (RNTBCI) chennai in 2014 as a Senior engineer for Nissan specific projects gaining expertise in Bill of Material, Digital Vehicle Product exchange and process management. Successfully executed over 5 project transfers from France and Japan to India within a year.
Sudarshan was part of the pilot phase of Agile transformation in RNTBCI (2015) and helped many engineering teams transition from waterfall to scrum.
His startup experience started with PipeCandy.com a D2C eCommerce market intelligence platform in 2020 joining as a scrum master and helped build the startup attain a people growth to over 200% in a year as a team. Implemented Product management tools, inculcated the DevOps culture, Clean code practices.
Currently works for pacvue.com an eCommerce acceleration platform as Technical Program Manager (Corporate IT), leading digital initiatives on global operations and Infrastructure.
