His primary area of work is in the use of AI in healthcare and over the last 15 years in product management, he has taken multiple products from idea to market, leveraging technologies like Natural Language Processing, Knowledge-graphs, and Machine Learning.

He has gained a deep understanding of the US healthcare market and is constantly working on introducing new products in the healthcare technology space. He is an avid Agile scrum practitioner and is a big proponent of breaking down big problems into smaller executable deliverables.

He strongly believes that user experience is an important aspect of product development that has been often neglected and an important aspect of the success of any product is the emotional connection that end-users develop with the product.
